Assistant Coach Regional U15s
ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting the Lead Coach with player selection, the delivery of the U15 Regional programme, and player feedback.
NOMINATION & SELECTION
- Support Lead Coach to ensure a fair and robust selection process is administered
- Attend and contribute to nomination and selection meetings
- Support the Lead Coach to gather information on nominated players
- Undertake player assessments as required

Required Skills & Experience
Qualified to at least ECB Advanced Coach (Level 3) or international equivalent
Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and Safeguarding Children certification – a DBS disclosure is an impartial and confidential document that details an individual’s criminal record and where appropriate gives details of those who are barred from working with children
A valid 1st aid certificate with AED
Strong background experience of coaching in boy's talent pathway
Experience of working with county talent pathway leads, ideally in the London and South-East region
Experience of Parent ID/selection in boy's talent pathway

£100 per day plus travel, accommodation and expenses
