ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Relationship Manager, in this role you will:

·       Utilise data and insights to plan and manage the establishment, growth and development of Cricket NSW Cricket Blast Centres

·       Target and engage priority schools and coordinate Cricket Blast Centres and School Programs in line with the growth strategy

·       Coordinate marketing and communications to promote activities to recruit 5-12 year old participants to start and continue their amazing cricket experience

·       Utilise Voice of Customer data to understand and improve the participant experience

·       Leverage the profile of the W/BBL clubs to increase participation
