The successful candidate will require experience of working/coaching in a school/education environment, specifically with KS1 and or Ks2 (lower) children (aged 5-8 years) and have the ability in attracting, inspiring and retaining the best people by creating a playing and working environment that is enjoyable, challenging and fulfilling. An ECB Level 2 Coach qualification or equivalent is required for the role, and the post holder will require a flexible approach to work and be willing to work occasional evenings and weekends.
