Conference & Events Duty Manager
We are excited to be looking for a Conference & Events Duty Manager to join the C&E team at Emirates Old Trafford, home of Lancashire Cricket. In this role you will effectively deliver, plan, co-ordinate and control all aspects of Conference, Events and Hospitality operations To maximum guest experience, manage costs effectively, ensure good health and safety standards are adhered to and ensure all food safety compliance is achieved. To lead team of F&B supervisors and operatives ensuring successful event operations achieved.
This role is very flexible and may involve supporting in all areas of the club and taking responsibility of key aspects.
To act as Duty Manager as and when required in the Hotel, C&E and all areas of the business when cover is required. Support the Event & Projects Managers including Senior and Head of Hospitality & Events as and when required.
