DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE & CULTURE

As Director of People and Culture, (P&C) you will report directly to the Chief
Executive Officer as an important member of the Senior Leadership Team and will
have overall “hands on” responsibility for the leadership and management of Cricket
Ireland’s P&C department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a contemporary P&C
strategy while identifying key cultural, structural, and transformational opportunities in line with Cricket Ireland’s Strategic Plan. The Director will provide leadership in
ensuring P&C practices are aligned with the organiation’s commitment to equality,
diversity and inclusion (EDI) including but not limited to recruitment, retention,
benefits, onboarding, performance management, compliance, training and
development.

Required Skills & Experience
Candidates will have proven experience in managing all aspects of P&C with at least
10 years’ experience at a senior level. Technical competence coupled with the ability
to drive strategic delivery will be required. The successful candidate will be adept at
influencing and reporting at the highest levels, able to communicate effectively and
have strong leadership, strategic, organisational, stakeholder management and project
management skills. The appointee will be highly motivated with excellent initiative and
will have a strong personal and professional commitment to upholding, promoting, and
implementing best practice in relation to EDI.
