After a hugely successful 2023 season we are delighted to announce we have a full-time opportunity to join TFCC.

The privatised cricket coaching sector continues to grow year on year and TFCC have been one of the pioneering companies at the forefront of the sector growth.

You’ll be leading on 121 sessions, camps, club sessions, and have exposure to working with players from club to county level, alongside ECB level 3 and 4 coaches with experience of coaching in international and county set-ups as well as professional playing experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual with previous experience in leading coaching sessions at clubs or in schools. Ideally suited to a recent graduate, a current student looking for a placement year, or a coach looking to make the leap into coaching full-time, but all applications are welcome, if you think you have the right qualities to make a difference.
