Ground Maintenance Manager
Background to the role:
The role of the Ground Maintenance Manager is a new one which will be key to the success of the Club moving forward.
Supporting the Head of Ground Operations, they will assist in the planning and delivery of major cricket and non-cricket events including international matches, major tournaments, and high-profile concerts.
Job Objective:
To work with the Head of Ground Operations to ensure that the highest standards of delivery are achieved in all they do.
The role will work across the full remit of the Club and associated business and will primarily support the Head of Ground Operations to ensure successful planning and delivery of day-to-day maintenance-based activity. The successful candidate will be given projects to work on, contracts to manage and will also be offered development and training opportunities.
Job Details
You must be an exceptional communicator, be it written or verbal with the ability to run meetings involving multiple stakeholders.
You must be able to cope in what can be a very public and high-pressured environment and show calm and a cool head in difficult situations.
