Head Curator/ Groundsman
The Head groundsman is responsible for delivering the highest standards of grounds by
creating a world class, enviable cricket pitch, and ensuring the long term maintenance and
sustainability of the ground. The role will report directly to the Stadium Manager and is
integral to effective and efficient grounds maintenance management.

• Knowledge of pitch preparation and ground maintenance;
• Ability to prepare the cricket field and net facilities for matches and practice
sessions

• Ability to plan and manage operations effectively;
