Head of Commercial Partnerships

As the Head of Commercial Partnerships, you will be responsible for managing for all sponsorship revenues and licensing across the portfolio of the England Wales Cricket Board whilst developing strong working relationships with commercial partners, suppliers and venues.

The role will support the Commercial Partnerships Director in identifying and securing revenue whilst positively contributing to broader organizational objectives and challenges through industry leading partnership activation.

As the leader of the Partnerships and Licensing delivery team spanning England Cricket, The Hundred and the grassroots game, the successful candidate will ensure best in class management of our commercial partnership portfolio whilst setting standards for a highly effective working culture.

Required Skills & Experience
· An extensive and successful track record in managing and developing high quality partnerships on behalf of a sports or entertainment rights holder.

· An ability to manage and build strong relationships with Heads of and Director level executives.

· A strong marketing mindset that understands the challenges of our partners and can clearly demonstrate how cricket can help provide solutions.

· Strong knowledge of the commercial partnerships landscape across sport and emerging trends.

· Excellent technical knowledge of the partnerships and licensing space as well as emerging trends.

· An ability to help unearth new commercial opportunities and support with structuring rights proposals that drive maximum value.

· A capability to drive excellent working relationships with internal departments to maximise partnership delivery and creativity whilst supporting broader organisational goals.

· A strong level of competence in interpreting performance data and audience insight across digital and broadcast in order to communicate conclusions and recommendations.

· Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.

· Leadership skills that showcase a positive attitude and enthusiasm with an ability to drive a healthy working culture within a fast paced, team environment.
