Established in 1871, the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) has a rich history as one of the nation’s premier sporting bodies with a vision for cricket to be Australia’s favourite sport – a sport for all Australian’s. SACA is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches at Adelaide Oval, Premier cricket matches and community carnivals, coaching and development and pathway programs for girls and boys, coaching, umpiring, volunteer development and ground management at Karen Rolton Oval. It also administers high performance cricket in South Australia, including the West End Redbacks, SA Scorpions and Adelaide Strikers women’s and men’s teams.

About the role
SACA is looking for an experienced Hospitality & Member Events Leader to provide support to our Events team. The Hospitality & Member Events Leader will be responsible for coordinating the planning and implementation of SACA corporate hospitality including Member and Match Day events.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan, communicate and manage and oversee SACA’s event program including member, corporate and match day events and hospitality including but not limited to;
o SACA Member Events
o Match Day Corporate Hospitality
o International and domestic cricket match days, including W/BBL, Shield, One Day Cup & WNCL matches
o SACA in Business
o Test Match Dinner
o SACA Village Green
o Bradman Rolton Medal
o Dansie McCauley Medal
o Ad-hoc concerts and sporting events
o Any other event as required
- Manage event costs in line with budget, working closely with suppliers to secure best outcomes for the business
- Ability to establish constructive and effective working relationships with multiple stakeholders
