Melbourne Cricket Education Academy Manager

The Role

We are currently seeking to appoint a Melbourne Cricket Education Academy (MCEA) Manager who will partner with RMIT university to continue the development and management of the CV education program as it moves into its second year. This includes the attraction and retention of students and development of work integrated learning experiences to support student and Cricket Victoria objectives.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Attracting and retaining students into CV education program, including establishing a comprehensive prospect management system
  • Managing the relationship and compliance requirements with RMIT
  • Triaging student wellbeing issues to RMIT
  • Interfacing with parents, particularly with regards to enrolments
  • Developing and implementing all risk management and occupational health & safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and guidelines
  • Program innovation, growth and expansion
  • Working with internal stakeholders and CV partners to identify a range of work integrated learning opportunities that provide high quality student experiences
  • Building a database of contacts across key schools, clubs and other organisations who can support the acquisition of students

Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in verbal and written communication
Sales and marketing experience
Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
Level 2 First Aid (or arranged on appointment)
