Overall job purpose

Have responsibility for the Cricket Scotland membership platform – enrolling new users, answering queries, providing training, and maintaining the platform.

Policy and office management.

Finance administration, including expenses, invoicing.

 

Main areas of responsibility

  • Membership platform - enrolling new users; answering queries; providing training; maintaining the platform; deliver the day to day membership administration function, including organising renewals and new member process such as invoicing and chasing for payment; keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date and acting as first point of contact for all membership queries; support and booking any services, such as our governance consultancy services.
  • Main point of contact for the membership.
  • Managing expenses queries.
  • Chasing outstanding payments.
  • Office administration (facilitation of meetings/catering/organisation).
  • Any other administrative duties as reasonably required by Line Manager.

Experience in a busy administration role, with the ability to multi-task effectively, whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy and focus.

Highly organised, personable, approachable, and calm under pressure.

Working knowledge of systems processing and data collection.

A reliable team player with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and using a CRM system.

Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience of being the first point of contact via email/telephone.

Superb organisational skills with some administrative experience.

Good time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience of being a self-starter and the ability to work independently.

Good interpersonal skills, the ability to be a team player, and a willingness to support colleagues to achieve broader team objectives.
