
Membership Administrator – Cricket Scotland
Overall job purpose
Have responsibility for the Cricket Scotland membership platform – enrolling new users, answering queries, providing training, and maintaining the platform.
Policy and office management.
Finance administration, including expenses, invoicing.
Main areas of responsibility
- Membership platform - enrolling new users; answering queries; providing training; maintaining the platform; deliver the day to day membership administration function, including organising renewals and new member process such as invoicing and chasing for payment; keeping the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system up to date and acting as first point of contact for all membership queries; support and booking any services, such as our governance consultancy services.
- Main point of contact for the membership.
- Managing expenses queries.
- Chasing outstanding payments.
- Office administration (facilitation of meetings/catering/organisation).
- Any other administrative duties as reasonably required by Line Manager.

Working knowledge of systems processing and data collection.
A reliable team player with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and using a CRM system.
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with experience of being the first point of contact via email/telephone.
Superb organisational skills with some administrative experience.
Good time management skills with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Experience of being a self-starter and the ability to work independently.
Good interpersonal skills, the ability to be a team player, and a willingness to support colleagues to achieve broader team objectives.
