The Role

We are currently seeking to appoint a full time Membership Coordinator to assist with the effective delivery and coordination of the Melbourne Renegades and Melbourne Stars membership programs.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a membership program
• Process and communicate membership enquiries via face to face, email and telephone
• Process memberships, including payments via a membership CRM
• Create and identify key sales targets lists for membership renewals and acquisitions
• Liaise with Manager – Partnerships and Consumer and Performance Marketing Specialist to maximise attendance of W/BBL members on Match Days
  - This is inclusive of member attendance initiatives
• Ensure data integrity of membership information including, but not limited to, packages and seating details
• Attend venues on match days and play an active role in increasing customer memberships and attending to members’ requirements
• Assist Manager – Partnerships and Consumer to develop a membership strategy inclusive of pricing and product
• Update membership promotions and offers in the CRM and email members as directed
• Collate data received from ticketing agents following match days and convert to useable formats for marketing and promotions as it relates to membership
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to solve customer queries specific to the membership program

  - Manage stock and delivery for shop sales
  - Reporting, analysis and forecasting of shop sales
