ABOUT US
Cricket NSW is focused on leading and growing Cricket throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from our elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE
· Build trusted and valued relationships with players, coaches, High Performance employees, and all key stakeholders
· Act as a conduit between the players and the Australian Cricketers’ Association (ACA) in providing the appropriate professional development programs and services
· Provide support and guidance on wellbeing, career, and education related issues whilst maintaining a professional and confidential manner
· Support all female players to complete relevant individual development plans, monitor progress and offer accurate support to enable players to look at life beyond cricket
Job Details

· Ability to lead personal and professional development programs related to wellbeing, career, and education for our female playing group
· A results orientated mindset with proven ability to plan and deliver
· Commitment to maintaining a trusting and confidential environment
· Tertiary qualifications in Education, Psychology or similar would be well regarded
· Understanding of the sport and non-sport requirements of elite athletes (desirable)
