This is an active and engaging role at Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club). You will work collaboratively with the Commercial Partnerships team to deliver unrivalled and personalised servicing to all of MCC’s Seasonal Suite relationships, Commercial Partners and key stakeholders, including, ECB Sponsors, Middlesex Cricket and Suppliers. Drive loyalty and customer retention in a manner that promotes and enhances the Lord’s and MCC brand and values.

Strong focus on the account management and forging and maintaining close working relationships with high spending customers at Lord’s. The role will require the individual to represent MCC in the highest regard, acting with dignity, courtesy and respect and in line with our brand values of being Smart, Attentive and Original.
