Strength and Conditioning Consultant for Disability Cricket


To deliver and implement strength and conditioning strategies across both the Physical Disability and Deaf squads. Working both remotely and covering training camps, matches and tours when required. Assisting with screening to formulate individual conditioning programmes.

Please submit your expression of interest by completing the application process by 10th March 2024. Interviews for successful applicants will be scheduled on 27th March 2024, in person at the National Cricket Performance Centre, Loughborough University. The successful candidate would ideally be available to start no later than 8th April 2024.

Job Details

Required Skills & Experience
BSc Sports Science and MSc Strength and Conditioning

Previous experience working in a sporting environment specifically with disability athletes.

Knowledge and understanding of the physical demands of Cricket performance.

Experience in delivering injury reduction / performance enhancing conditioning programmes.

Desirable – UKSCA accreditation

Open to travel nationally and overseas during tours
Pay rate
£150 day rate for all domestic matches, training and screening days
