Team Operations Lead – Female Program

The South Australian Cricket Association (SACA) is looking for an experienced administrator with an eye for detail to lead the operations for our Women’s program. You will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to SACA High Performance teams, including Adelaide Strikers WBBL, Female Domestic and underage programs. Please be aware that this is a 12 month parental leave contract.

This is a varied and busy role and you will provide support across a wide variety of areas including but not limited to:

·       Overseeing team logistics and travel

·       Managing all team databases and calendars

·       Coordination and communication of training schedules

·       Coordination of player appearances

·       Managing expenditure in line with program budgets

Required Skills & Experience

You have a strong results orientation with the proven ability to plan and deliver results.
You will have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in an administrative role.
You will have exceptional organisational skills, along with risk and contractor management skills and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You have a natural ability for building genuine relationships and working proactively with multiple stakeholders.
You are a great collaborator and value working with diverse teams.
You will have the flexibility to be available out of normal working hours, where required, throughout the year.
You will have demonstrated experience in managing budgets.
You will hold a valid Working with Children Check or can obtain one.
