Our Tours operation trades all year round - with additional Museum events and experiences operating throughout the summer months.
This position is primarily to Support on-foot tour groups on tours lasting circa 120-180 minutes across different areas around the Ground, including access via stairs and lifts.
Act as an information point between the Tour guide and the office via radio communication.
Ability to maintain calm under pressure and able to direct customers in a polite and firm manner to make sure safety and security procedures and ground regulations are followed at all times.

Adaptable and comfortable working in frequently changing conditions.
Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and across various tour types, contingent upon availability.
