Board Directorship – due to the Board three-year rotation policy, OCA is seeking three Appointed Board Directors to join its Board from its AGM held on 23 October 2024. Three incumbent Board Directors retire by rotation in October, with one of these Directors indicating they will not seek re-appointment, while the other two have indicated they will seek another term on the Board.
The Board of Otago Cricket is a governance board, providing strategic leadership and supporting the CEO in the delivery of the strategic plan. The Board’s main functions include setting the overall direction for Otago Cricket, making policy and strategy decisions, overseeing, and monitoring organisational performance, and ensuring overall accountability and managing key strategic relationships.
