Are you passionate about cricket and enthusiastic about working with diverse groups? Do you have a knack for delivering engaging sports programs and making a positive impact in the community? If so, we want you to join our team as a Diversity & Inclusion Program Deliverer.
WA Cricket is committed to promoting the sport of cricket and delivering exceptional programs to diverse communities across Western Australia. We strive to create inclusive and enjoyable cricket experiences for people of all backgrounds and skill levels
Some of the tasks that will be asked include;
- Deliver cricket programs the following programs with the overall aim to achieve social and participation outcomes;
– Aboriginal Cricket Programs
– Multi-Cultural Cricket Programs
– Young Women leadership programs
– Disability Cricket
- Assist in the training of School Ambassadors, club and other deliverers to support, deliver and encourage participation in various programs
- Assist with the coordination and delivery of Star Blast, an adapted format of Woolworths Cricket Blast.
- Support primary school Woolworths Cricket Blast School Cups for Education Support Schools.
To be successful in this role you will have passion and ability to promote and deliver entry level programs and an understanding of community sports. Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled will excellent customer and relationship building skills are essential. A valid Working with Children Check, own transport and WA Driver’s license. Are required.
