Development Manager – Waikato

Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an energised and innovative person that is passionate about growing grassroots cricket engagement across all communities. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a progressive and aspiring organisation in alignment with the vision “to be a game for all” and will be responsible to lead and guide the implementation of the ND strategy and operation across the Waikato region. The role will aspire to grow participants (but not limited to) schools, colleges and clubs inclusive of leading great experiences through the SuperSmash regional programmes. Leading key local stakeholder relationships and a team of local Development Officers and casual Activators, the successful candidate will be a main contributor within the ND community team and wider organisational culture.

The position location is based at our Seddon Park office in Hamilton and the remuneration package is inclusive of salary + vehicle + phone.
