The Fielding Coach will create and lead PCB’s Fielding programme, and develop fielding-specific individual and team plans to provide hands-on integrated coaching support to the Pakistan National Team Players in line with the PCB’s Vision, Philosophy, and approach. The Coach will also be responsible for identifying objectives for individual players that would facilitate excellence and augmentation in fielding skills enhancement.

Develop and implement comprehensive technical, tactical, physical and cognitive Fielding programs for contracted and targeted players across formats.
