Your New Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Payroll & Finance Officer is responsible for:
- End-to-end processing of payroll
- Time & Attendance system management
- Preparing all necessary compliance lodgements for STP, payroll tax, superannuation and WorkCover
- Acting as the first point of call for any Payroll and Time & Attendance queries
- Preparing monthly payroll reconciliations and reports
- Supporting the accounts payable and receivable functions; duties could include processing weekly vendor payments, invoicing, bank & ledger reconciliations and month end reporting
