The individuals will be responsible to work with the medical staff, Coaching staff and other Physiotherapists working with PCB. The selected candidate will work as part of multidisciplinary team ensuring the care and performance of domestic cricket players, preventing and managing players’ injuries. Also, the individual will be required to manage players treatment, rehab, recovery and fitness sessions, depending upon the needs during national cricket team’s engagement in a calendar year.

Pakistan Cricket Board is engaged in promoting and developing the game of cricket in Pakistan and maintaining general control of the game.
Key Responsibilities
To work collaboratively with the Science and Medicine Team to maximize player availability via the design of injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.
Keep records of player’s treatment and progress.
Plan treatment programmes and examine / diagnose injuries.
Maintain comprehensive and secure records of work conducted with players.
Monitoring the progress of player and adjusting or changing treatments as needed.
Interact, and provide relevant information /reports, on a regular basis with team management and any relevant committees.
Competency Requirement
Strong written and oral communication skills
Proven experience in monitoring, evaluating and developing diagnostic systems and rehab processes Strong management skills.
Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of sports individuals from varied backgrounds. Superior persuasion skills combined with integrity, prudence and professionalism.
