Border Cricket wish to appoint a Static Security Services provider to secure Border Cricket offices, Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium and any other dedicated area on a daily basis. The provision of these services must be of the highest standards.
Tender documents and specifications can be collected from the Receptionist at Buffalo Park from Monday 9 September 2024 and Thursday 26 September 2024 between 09H00 and 15H30 upon payment, in cash, of a non-refundable deposit of R100.00. A Compulsory Site Meeting will be held on Friday, 27 September 2024, @ 10H00 at 3 Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium, Buffalo Park Drive, Arcadia, East London.
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the NAME and TENDER ITEM: STATIC SECURITY and delivered not later than 12H00 on 03 OCTOBER 2024 to Reception at Buffalo Park Cricket Stadium, Buffalo Park Drive, Arcadia, East London. Tenders, which are late, incomplete, unsigned, documents not certified or submitted by facsimile or electronically will not be accepted.
