Consultant Physiotherapist for Disability Cricket, Visual Impairment Squad (Secondments and Consultants considered)

This is an exciting opportunity to work with the Visual Impairment Squad, at the ECB and provide Physiotherapy services, across the disability pathway.

Please submit your expression of interest by completing the application process by 10th March 2024. Interviews for successful applicants will be scheduled on Monday 25th March, in person at the National Cricket Performance Centre, Loughborough University. The successful candidate would ideally be available to start no later than 8th April 2024.

Required Skills & Experience

· Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

· Current membership with the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists (CSP)

· Current Advanced Trauma Management/Emergency Care accreditation (equivalent to the ECB Cricket Trauma Management Course)

· Practical knowledge of injury rehabilitation and prevention training

· Excellent communication skills

· Undertake professional development to keep abreast of world’s best practice

· Enhanced DBS Check

· To maintain all legal and professional qualifications in relation to being a physiotherapist

· Open to travel nationally and overseas during tournaments.

Pay rate

£200 day rate for all domestic matches, training and screening days.
