ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we have an opportunity for a Team Operations Coordinator – Apparel, Equipment and Women’s Pathway, within our High Performance & National Teams department. This role plays a pivotal role in supporting Cricket Australia’s high-performance system through the efficient coordination and provision of apparel and equipment, as well as team operations management of the women’s pathway teams. If you consider yourself enhancing our leading international and domestic programs that nurture great players, and servicing our high-performance cricket system and framework, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Head of Team Operations, you’ll be responsible for:

–       Coordinating the annual ordering, storage and forecast requirements of Cricket Australia’s high performance national team equipment and apparel

–       Monitoring and ensuring accuracy of the online apparel stock system to effectively manage stock levels, usage and forecast future requirements and consistently driving improvements in this key area

–       Coordinating team operations planning or the Women’s pathway tours and camps, including travel with the teams in the role of Team Manager for our Women’s pathway teams

–       Ensuring consistent delivery of team services, aligned with tother high performance Australian teams

–       Forecasting, delivering on and reconciling annual approved budgets within Team Operations

– Relevant tertiary qualifications in Sport Management, Business Management or Supply Chain, highly valued

– Resilience, agility, adaptability and a problem-solving approach to work

– Strong written and verbal communication skills and high level of attention to detail

– Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and execute tasks

– Experience working to or willingness to learn and work to project management principles

– High level IT proficiency
