Collaborating closely with our ACE Development Officer, and Women & Girls Community Manager, you'll actively promote our female participation programmes, ensuring that every girl with a passion for cricket has the chance to shine.

The role

You’ll be the driving force behind designing and implementing innovative cricket programmes tailored to engage and excite girls in our communities.

From delivering dynamic coaching sessions in schools to hosting inspiring events at our ACE Community Hubs, you’ll create inclusive spaces where girls can thrive in the sport. Collaborating closely with our ACE Development Officer, and Women & Girls Community Manager, you’ll actively promote our female participation programmes, ensuring that every girl with a passion for cricket has the chance to shine.

With your keen eye for talent, you’ll identify and nurture promising players, guiding them along the Warwickshire pathway to success. By forging strong partnerships with community organisations, you’ll expand our reach and impact, breaking down barriers and opening doors for girls of all backgrounds.  However, it’s important to note that this isn’t a typical 9-5 job; flexibility is required.
