Northern Districts Cricket Association (ND) seeks an energised and innovative leader that is passionate about growing grassroots cricket engagement across all communities. The ideal candidate will enjoy being part of a progressive and aspiring organisation in alignment with the vision “to be a game for all” and will be responsible to lead and guide the implementation of the ND strategy and operation across the Counties Manukau region. The role will aspire to grow participants (but not limited to) schools, colleges and clubs inclusive of leading great experiences through the SuperSmash regional programmes. Leading key local stakeholder relationships, and a team of local Development Officers and casual Activators, the successful candidate will be a key contributor within the ND community team and wider organisational culture.

The position location is based at Bruce Pulman Park in Takanini and the remuneration package is inclusive of salary + vehicle + phone allowance.

With three international venues across the region (Cobham Oval, Seddon Park and Bay Oval), the regional team is based across various locations inclusive of the support office at Seddon Park with additional regional offices in Tauranga, Whangarei, Papakura, Gisborne, as well as remotely. Our flagship teams are the Northern Districts, Northern Brave and Northern Māori, with the regional ‘heartbeat’ through our grassroot game and participants.
