Beaconsfield Cricket Club competes in the top tier (Turf 1) of the Dandenong District Cricket Association (DDCA). The club’s differentiator is its junior pathway to senior cricket, as well as strong off field culture.

We are seeking a motivated, competitor to lead our club into the 2024/25 season and beyond. This includes;

• Identify, develop, and inspire
• Setting up and maintaining structure, training orientation, game plans, list development & talent identification while overseeing the entire club cricket programs.
• Plan & deliver highly engaging learning environments including all pre-/in season plans to all key stakeholders in a timely manner.
