Nunawading Cricket Club is a large, successful and proud club with a history of inclusiveness, professionalism, community service and fun. We pride ourselves on the principal that everyone is equal, no matter whether they are the best player in our First XI or a new player who has never played before. We are seeking a career coach who has a strong junior development focus and has demonstrated they can build a platform for sustained success. Focusing on the senior club, the role will work closely with our Head of Female Cricket and Junior Management team to ensure a one club approach.
