Head of Coaching & Player Development
Mount Waverley Cricket Club is one of the largest community cricket Clubs in Australia with 38 teams ranging across boys, girls, senior men’s, women’s, veterans cricket teams.
Seeking a Head of Coaching & Player Development that will be focused on the coaching and development of our men’s cricket program.
Senior men’s play in the Victorian Sub-District Cricket Association. This program is complemented by a strong junior program (23 junior teams in ISEC).
The successful candidate will support the development of our talented youth and further drive the on-field performance of our senior teams to be consistently competitive across all grades.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum Level 1 Cricket Australia Coaching Accreditation.
Passion for developing the skills, mindset and match-day capabilities of young and mature cricketers.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and capacity to develop and adapt training programs.
Experience in coaching a Club of a similar size and/or that has played at a similar level will be considered favourably.
Ability to play is not necessary.
