We are currently seeking to identify and appoint two Independent Non- Executive Directors to join our Board. The Board is collectively responsible for the Club’s leadership; the implementation of our strategic vision, including the development of the Edgbaston venue, the strengthening of our community relevance; and, ensuring that our men’s and women’s teams compete at the highest levels in the professional game. The Club is governed by the Club Rules, and the Board is responsible for the Club’s governance and operates under a Code of Conduct.

We are here to serve the Club’s members and use the power of cricket to improve lives throughout Warwickshire and the West Midlands. Our vision is to create the best cricket business in the world. Successful candidates will have a track record of inclusive leadership, as well as a strong appreciation for the role of governance and the responsibilities of Independent Non-Executive Directors. They will be excellent communicators, with the ability to work creatively and collaboratively in a complex multi stakeholder environment. You will bring an empathy for and understanding of the broader culture of Warwickshire CCC and our cricket communities.
