Operations Executive

The EDI Operations Executive will play an essential role in delivering our ambition to become the most inclusive team sport. We are seeking an Operations Executive with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude to join our friendly, committed team.

Working directly with the EDI Director and their wider team, the Operations Executive will play a key role in ensuring the team collaborates and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders in a more impactful way. We are a small team but our impact is huge. From charity partners, to volunteers, EDI experts and external speakers this role will work with a wide range of people and organisations across cricket and sport. This post is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience, who is interested in EDI.

Don’t worry if you’ve not had the opportunity to work in sport or EDI before, we’d still love to hear from you. We’re looking for someone with passion and a willingness to learn.
