ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting time for us, as we have a role for a Functional Business Analyst, Dynamics 365 & Power Platform within our Technology department. We’re looking for someone to revolutionise cricket’s business processes to elevate efficiency and drive growth. If you consider yourself crafting custom solutions, managing seamless integrations and guiding our organisation through strategic innovations, we want to hear from you. We have big ambitions for this space, so we’re looking for drive, passion, and energy to bring our plans to life.

Reporting to the Product Manager, CRM Platforms, you’ll be responsible for:

-    Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into technical requirements for cutting edge Dynamics 365 implementations

-       Designing and proposing innovative solutions that leverage Dynamics 365 capabilities and emerging features including Co-Pilot

-   Customisation and configuration of Dynamics 365 environments including; entities, forms, workflows and dashboards to meet business needs

-        Testing and quality assurance including; unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business needs

-         Providing training and support to end users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Dynamics 365 system and can troubleshoot common issues

-     Continuous improvement through regular review and optimisation of Dynamics 365 solutions from user feedback and evolving business needs

-       Keeping updates of new Dynamics 365 and Power Platform features and industry trends to ensure we are continuously improving in line with best practice
